Assistant Operation Manager / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary coordinator for all imposing regulations across the Thailand branch. Ensure all facilities, terminals, and filling plants strictly adhere to the Department of Energy Business (DOEB), Ministry of Industry, and other local statutory requirements.
• Assist the Operations Manager in supervising daily activities across the Thailand branch, including gas terminals, filling plants to maintain seamless workflows and high operational standards.
• Oversee the implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) plans for all machinery and infrastructure. Ensure that maintenance standards are uniform across all sites to mitigate risks and meet safety compliance benchmarks.
• Manage the branch’s transportation fleet, ensuring all gas tankers and trucks meet Department of Land Transport (DLT) regulations and safety standards. Monitor vehicle readiness to support nationwide distribution requirements.
• Monitor LPG stock levels and spare parts inventory across the branch. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and system records, implementing controls to prevent stock loss.
• Supervise on-site technical teams and repair workshops, driving efficiency and ensuring that all technical interventions meet both internal workmanship standards and external safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Plant Operations, Terminal Management, or Plant Maintenance within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy or a related field sector.
• Strong knowledge of Thai energy regulations, LPG handling protocols, high-pressure vessel standards, and warehouse safety (HSE).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and communicate effectively in English (communication level) and Thai.
• Ability to travel to various terminals and filling plants across the country as required to audit operations and ensure regulatory alignment.
