Assistant Operation Manager, UAE

• Responsible for overall Service Operations in Abu Dhabi for Utilities Equipment

Repair and Maintenance Contracts covering Rotating Equipments, Multi-Brand Air

Compressors, Motors, Pumps and Diesel Gensets.

• Minimum 812 years of experience in plant maintenance / projects / service

operations for repair and maintenance of utility equipment including Rotating

Equipments, Air Compressors, Pumps, Electric Motors, Generators, HVAC Systems,

Cooling Towers, ETP, STP, RO Plants and Oxygen / Nitrogen / CO2 Plants.

• Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance including equipment repair, installation,

preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure maximum operational

efficiency and minimum downtime.

• Strong mechanical and electrical expertise in maintenance, overhaul and repair of

Reciprocating and Rotary Air Compressors including electrical panels, LT motors

and Air-end overhauls.

• Handle and supervise a team of approximately 50 technicians and helpers and

coordinate with contracting companies for execution of outage and shutdown

maintenance activities.

• Possess sound technical knowledge of Utility Equipments, Multi-Brand Air

Compressors and HVAC Systems (Screw and Centrifugal types preferred).

• Direct responsibility for achieving Revenue Budget set and agreed with

Management.

• Ensure proper planning, execution and monitoring of service contracts and

maintenance schedules.

• Maintain high standards of safety compliance and operational discipline at all project

sites.

• Assist Service Manager in business operations and strategic execution.

• Control business relationships with key decision makers in the industry to ensure

client retention and enforce compliance with contract terms and payment schedules

as per company credit control policies.
