- Help deliver preventative maintenance programmes that support the long-term condition and performance of campus assets.
- Ensure facilities, grounds, and learning environments are maintained to high standards of safety, functionality, presentation, and compliance.
- Support fleet operations by coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with campus reconfigurations, storage operations, logistics, and operational readiness activities.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and timely completion of work.
- Maintain accurate records, track maintenance requests, and contribute to operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for facility-related queries, building strong relationships with kaimahi and stakeholders.
This position offers the opportunity to make a visible impact through the delivery of exceptional campus environments.
