Job Description

ROI is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to manage Pan-India vendor connects and execution for BTL activations, branding and retail branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Pan-India vendor connects for branding, fabrication, dealer board, POSM, printing and activations.
• Coordinate Pan-India on-ground execution, installation, dismantling and logistics.
• Manage vendor quotations, costing, negotiations, timelines and deliverables.
• Handle site recce, production and project coordination.
• Ensure quality and timely execution across locations.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain vendor database and project documentation.
• Travel for project execution as required.

Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years of experience in BTL / Events / Branding / Experiential Marketing / Retail Branding.
• Candidates Preferred only from Agency Background
• Strong Pan-India vendor network and vendor management skills.
• Excellent execution and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of fabrication, printing and branding production.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel across India.
