Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations across assigned JETTS clubs to ensure consistent brand standards, cleanliness, service quality and health & safety compliance. The role monitors BS scores, manages cleaning services and new-site openings, reports operational KPIs, and supports the Head of Operations in planning, process improvement and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate regular Brand Standard Audit (BSA) inspections across clubs. Identify non-conformances, raise Club Improvement Request & Remedial Action Plan, and ensure timely closure within defined timelines.
• Lead Health & Safety compliance across all assigned clubs in alignment with JETTS H&S policies. Ensure First Aid equipment, AED readiness, and emergency response protocols are maintained and regularly reviewed at each club location.
• Monitor cleaning contractor performance across all assigned clubs against defined quality standards. Conduct regular audits, log deficiencies, and follow up on corrective actions to maintain a consistently clean and hygienic club environment.
• Support the planning and execution of new JETTS club openings. Coordinate pre-opening operational readiness including facility checks, equipment installation, staff onboarding, SOP deployment, BSA baseline setup, and ensuring all H&S requirements are met prior to launch.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational KPIs including BSA scores, incident rates, cleaning quality, and stock compliance. Prepare regular dashboards and presentations for the Head of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or in operations management (preferred).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with KPI dashboards and operational reporting; experience using AI tools to support operational tasks (reports, SOPs, staff communications, data analysis).
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities; collaborative, team-oriented leadership.
