Assistant Operations Manager

About the role

The main responsibility of an Assistant Operations Manager is to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficient workflow, strong team performance, and achievement of operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Lead, coach, and support employees while monitoring productivity and performance
• Track KPIs, targets, attendance, quality, and overall team performance
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency
• Assist with workforce planning, schedules, and staffing requirements
• Handle operational concerns, escalations, and employee or client issues
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Work with other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations

About you

• Leadership background in RPO for at least 3 years
• Must have a recruitment background
• Excellent communications skills
• Multitasking and admin works knowledgeable
• Must know the process of recruitment and/or RPO
