Assistant Operations Manager

• Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites & Ensure service delivers as per SLA and client requirements.&* Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff
• Handle manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and discipline.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and labour regulations
• Support in client meetings, reporting, and issue resolution.&* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Assist in cost control, material management, and budgeting.&* Address employee grievances and ensure workforce engagement.
• Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of Facility Management operations
• Manpower handling & site coordination & Client relationship management
• Good communication & leadership skills& Basic knowledge of labour laws & compliance
• Problem-solving & decision-making abilities& Proficiency in MS Office / MIS reporting

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
