Assistant Operations Manager

Requirements :

* Highly focused individual with self-driven attitude

* Perform qualitative and quantitative research on assigned Data Asset Projects

* Should independently identify and extract credible data sources and information

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

* Good and effective communication skills

* Ability to work in teams demonstrating a high level of commitment and coordination

* Should demonstrate good attention to detail and 100% accuracy in deliverables

* Should be agile and proactive

Background Of The Candidate :

* Graduate or Postgraduate in BBA / B.Com / BA / BMS / MA / MBA / M.Com or equivalent

* 8-10 years of experience in operations, secondary research and AML.

* Team Handling experience is mandatory

* Prior experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

* Proven ability to work under strict deadlines with high accuracy

* Good verbal and written communication
