Assistant Operations Manager

About the role

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities, monitoring performance, and supporting the implementation of company plans and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in managing daily operations.
• Guide and support team members to ensure proper performance.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor team performance and assigned targets.
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Help identify operational issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist in preparing reports and monitoring department activities.
• Support the Manager in planning and decision-making.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination within the team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in operations, sales, or team coordination is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
