We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team.

A varied role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a role that is involved with many different areas of the business.

Responsibilities span:

• Bookkeeping and related administration
• Stock management
• Logistics – coordinating the movement and delivery of stock
• Marketing – supporting communications and promotional activity
• Events – helping to organise and deliver

We’re looking for someone who is organised, accurate and self-motivated.

What we're looking for

You don’t need to be a wine expert; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.

You’ll ideally have:

• Good numeracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• A practical approach to getting things done
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Experience in a similar operations, administration, finance or stock-related role would be helpful, but is not a prerequisite.
