  • Support customer follow-up and review requests.
  • Help maintain relationships with real estate agents, senior living communities, and commercial accounts.
  • Improve operating procedures and ensure employees consistently follow them.
  • Provide ownership with weekly updates on operations, staffing, sales, customer satisfaction, and performance.
  • Assist crews on-site and drive a moving truck when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising crews or employees in moving, transportation, logistics, or another field-service business.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with sales, customer service, estimating, or scheduling.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adjust to schedule changes.
  • Understanding of labor efficiency, job profitability, and employee accountability.
  • Ability to train employees, address performance concerns, and build a dependable team.
  • Willingness and physical ability to assist with moving duties when needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet applicable company, insurance, and vehicle requirements.
  • Saturday availability and flexibility during busy periods.
  • Initiative, dependable follow-through, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation

Total earning potential of $70,000+, depending on results and bonus achievement.

Schedule

  • Full-time, approximately 45–55 hours per week, with seasonal variation.
  • Saturday availability required.
