Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Dahab Foods in Lahore. This position supports day-to-day operations across production, inventory, and logistics to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating shift schedules, monitoring workflow and resource utilization, and resolving operational issues in collaboration with production and quality teams. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, assisting in process improvement initiatives, and preparing regular reports for senior management. The Assistant Operations Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Strong operations and process management skills, including workflow coordination, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
• Competence in data analysis, reporting, and basic use of productivity or ERP tools to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygiene standards within a food processing or manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities to manage daily operational challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in operations or production supervision, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore with a hands-on approach and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
