Assistant Operations Manager - Payment System ( Clearing / Settlement )

Our client is a sizable Fintech organization. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join its professional ePayment Team

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating and managing the implementation of new initiatives or services enhancements
• Liaise with internal teams to clarify system design and to plan the operational processes and contingency arrangements
• Liaise with external parties, e.g. the HKMA, HKAB, the settlement institutions or clearing banks, banks/participants, business partners and legal advisers, etc., in devising the above-mentioned documents
• Compile presentation materials and conduct cross-departmental briefings or external briefings for banks or financial institutions to facilitate the implementation of new initiatives or services enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in business administration, banking or finance or information technology related disciplines
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in financial sector with ePayment operations
• Relevant experience in project management and drafting of procedural and/or legal documents, or prior exposure to product/operation management in financial institutions and/or clearing and settlement systems is an advantage
• Strong business analytical and project management skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese, and fluency in spoken English and Putonghua
• Able to work under pressure to meet the tight timelines
