Assistant Operations Officer

Job Duties:

• Communicate and work closely between office team and external parties
• Handle daily operational matters including operations coordination, reporting, filing and documentation
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers
• Monitor the manpower scheduling to ensure they are deployed in a cost effective manner
• Retain and recruit the manpower pool of secondment staff group
• Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• Prefer 2 years or above Administration / Operation experience or similar business nature
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, mature, detail-minded coupled with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operation Assistant
