Assistant Operations Supervisor

About the role

This is a field-oriented position assisting the Operations Head in overseeing the day-to-day operations of 4 branches and 2 warehouses located in Quezon City and Leyte Province. The successful candidate will help ensure that branches and warehouses are operating efficiently and that company policies and standards are consistently followed. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to different branches and warehouses for store visits, operational audits, monitoring, and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Head in managing and monitoring the daily operations of 4 branches and 2 warehouses
• Conduct regular branch and warehouse visits, inspections, and operational audits
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Check store and warehouse conditions, including cleanliness, organization, inventory handling, documentation, and overall operations
• Assist in monitoring sales, inventory, manpower, attendance, and other operational concerns
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with concerned personnel to address them promptly
• Prepare and submit branch/warehouse audit reports, observations, and recommendations
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on pending operational concerns
• Coordinate with Branch Heads, Store Staff, Warehouse Personnel, HR, and other departments to resolve operational issues
• Assist in ensuring proper handling, movement, storage, and accountability of company products and assets
