Assistant Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team to ensure the whole operations workflow smoothly
• Communicate and develop strong relationships with customers
• Co-ordinate with different parties for arranging shipments

Requirements:

• DSE, HKCEE or above

• Min 3 years solid experience in warehouse management

• Experience in inventory management (over 500 SKU) & order processing

• Familiar with I/E shipping procedure is an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency in PC applications especially MS Word & Excel

• Be positive & proactive, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure

• Detail-minded, well-organized and independent

• Good customer service and interpersonal skills

• Immediate available is preferred

Applicant with less experience will be considered as Senior Operations Clerk.
