Assistant / Operations Supervisor

Summary:

Salary: Up to S$3,700 per month

Sign-On Bonus + Flexi Benefits + Variable Bonus + Medical + Air-conditioned work environment

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00AM–5:30PM

Comfortable dealing with customers and managing a team

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Logistics Assistants / Team Leads in daily warehouse operations

• Drive the team to meet KPIs and departmental operational goals

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures

• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching where required

• Support process improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen and LEAN

• Manage inventory using the internal WMS and customer’s SAP system

• Ensure billing and documentation are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Diploma with 2–3 years’ relevant experience preferred

• WMS / SAP experience preferred

• Comfortable dealing with customers and managing a team

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Meticulous and able to multitask and work under pressure

• Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment
