Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify performance gaps and develop strategic training plans that strengthen the capabilities of all frontline staff and support continuous operational improvement
• Lead the end‑to‑end training lifecycle, including curriculum design, training material development, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring all programs are aligned with business objectives and operational standards
• Facilitate engaging, high‑impact training sessions covering key topics such as customer service excellence, upselling and sales techniques, communication skills, and supervisory leadership fundamentals
• Execute regular field evaluations in stores to assess the application of training, monitor performance standards, and provide constructive, on‑the‑job coaching to reinforce desired behaviours
• Build trainer capability by delivering Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) programs and offering ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to internal facilitators to ensure consistent training quality

Requirements :

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Training, or other related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in the F&B, FMCG, or retail industry, preferably gained from sizable organizations
• Experience in video editing is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, people‑oriented, proactive, and positive in approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with strong self‑motivation
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
