Purpose of the role:

The purpose of the role is to support the Building Management System (BMS) operation by assisting in monitoring and controlling various building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and security. This ensures optimal performance, energy efficiency, and smooth operation of building infrastructure..

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Monitor and operate Building Management System (BMS)
• Respond promptly to alarms and alerts
• Perform routine system checks and inspections
• Report any issues or malfunctions to senior operators
• Assist in system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of system operations and incidents 7. Collaborate with maintenance team to schedule repairs and upgrades
• Provide assistance to technicians during system maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BMS technology
• Aware of basic Trouble shooting in BMS System
• Should know how to extract and read trend analysis

Qualification / Experience

Education

• Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical

Experience

• 2-3 years

Knowledge & Key Skills

• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Ability to respond promptly to alarms and alerts
• Basic understanding of HVAC and electrical systems
• Troubleshooting skills for identifying system malfunctions
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
