What they need
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in F&B / hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, including FOH, BOH, and customer service.
- Knowledge of stock control, cost management, and daily operational procedures.
- Able to assist with staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and maintaining operational standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
Working place will be at 7AM 7PM Pererenan
