Key responsibilities
- Ensure excellent quality of food and service
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Recruitment, training and supervision of staff
- Source and liaise with tenants and suppliers
- Ensure security and maintenance of company stocks and equipment
About you
- Relevant F&B experience of minimum 3 years
- Able to perform shift hours
- Independent and pro-active
- Able to perform with minimum supervision
- Good communication and people skills
