Assistant Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily opening/closing procedures, maintain a smooth workflow between front-of-house and back-of-house, and ensure brand standards are met.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule staff, setting shift duties and tracking performance KPIs.
• Guest Relations: Greet guests, monitor service quality on the floor, and handle customer complaints or special requests professionally.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, handle ordering and deliveries, reduce waste (using FIFO/FEFO methods), and help control labor and supply costs.
• Sales & Reporting: Support revenue targets, drive upselling initiatives, handle cash/POS reconciliations, and compile daily operational reports.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict health, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Store management: 4 years (Preferred)
