Immediate Hiring: Assistant Outlet Manager

Location: JIBRIL Setapak

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Outlet Manager to support our daily outlet operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on team player with good leadership skills, operational discipline and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain consistent food, beverage and customer service standards.
• Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring and team supervision.
• Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity, service quality and teamwork.
• Monitor daily sales performance and support the achievement of outlet targets.
• Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, inventory, stock control and operational readiness.
• Identify operational issues and follow up on necessary improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and oversee the outlet in the absence of the Outlet Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably with supervisory or team leadership exposure.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
