Assistant Outlet Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities

·        Assist in overseeing daily arcade operations to ensure smooth outlet performance and achievement of operational targets.

·        Manage and supervise overall shop floor operations, staff performance, customer experience, and compliance with operational standards.

·        Control manpower costs through effective manpower planning, roster scheduling, and overtime management.

·        Organize, delegate, and monitor daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

·        Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance to staff while ensuring compliance with company SOPs, policies, and safety requirements.

·        Support recruitment, staff development, and performance improvement initiatives.

·        Monitor outlet safety, cleanliness, crowd flow, and maintenance standards to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers.

·        Ensure all arcade machines, games, and facilities are operational, well-maintained, and promptly attended to when issues arise.

·        Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

·        Maintain effective communication and coordination between outlets and Head Office to support business operations.

Requirements

·       Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.

·       Minimum 3 years’ of experience in the retail, entertainment, or leisure industry.

·       Strong character with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

·       Familiarity with arcade machine operations and gameplay is an added advantage.

·       Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team management skills.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and trust with team members, customers, and external stakeholders.

·       Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound business acumen.

·       Self-motivated, proactive, and able to demonstrate a high level of commitment, initiative, and integrity.

·       Willing to travel and work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
