Assistant Packing Manager

Qualifications :

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from a related field, with experience at least 3 years in Packing Control System, customer regulations, and Bonded Zone operations.

2. Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to develop work processes and organizational structures based on job functions.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain good relationships with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and auditors.

5. Proactive, eager to learn and develop, able to work collaboratively, and committed to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description :

1. Lead, supervise, and monitor daily packing operations to ensure smooth processes and on-time shipment to customers.

2. Coordinate closely with related departments (WH, QA, QC, Sewing, PMC, Shipping, etc.) to resolve packing issues and improve operational efficiency.

3. Review shipment plans, packing materials, stock availability, overtime budget, and team performance to support operational targets.

4. Prepare reports, conduct meetings, handle customer/audit requirements, and implement corrective action plans (CAP) for packing-related issues.

5. Develop team capabilities through training, performance evaluations, organizational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve company goals.
