Assistant Park Manager — STARZ Adventures Location: Moody, Alabama Pay: $40,000–$48,000 per year, depending on experience Position: Full-time STARZ Adventures is looking for a dependable, hands-on Assistant Park Manager to help lead our team and daily operations. Our entertainment center features trampolines, bowling, arcade games, birthday parties, food and beverages. You will work closely with the General Manager to keep the park safe, clean, organized and welcoming. This is an active leadership position that requires being on the floor, supporting employees and helping guests. Responsibilities - Lead daily shifts and oversee operations when the General Manager is away. - Supervise team members, assign duties and ensure work is completed. - Support hiring, onboarding, training and employee scheduling. - Handle guest questions, complaints and concerns professionally. - Enforce park safety rules and ensure required checks are completed. - Coordinate with kitchen, bar and party staff to keep service running smoothly. - Monitor cleanliness throughout attractions, dining areas, bathrooms and party rooms. - Complete opening and closing procedures, cash counts and daily reports. - Report equipment problems and document incidents promptly. - Help control labor and supply costs while maintaining service standards. Qualifications - Previous supervisory or management experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurants or retail preferred. - Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills. - Ability to stay calm, solve problems and lead during busy shifts. - Comfortable coaching employees and holding the team accountable. - Reliable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends and holidays. - Willingness to step in and help wherever needed.
