Assistant, Parts

• Receive and process daily order from workshop, picking, delivery and invoicing
• Prepare quotation on workshop request
• Count & verify parts received, performance receipting, binning & update system promptly
• Create parts claim for discrepancies and damaged parts received on the same day of receipt
• Prepare daily VOR orders to Central warehouse
• Prepare and review SOQ stock replenishment for HQ approval
• Review and prepare Ad Hoc orders to avoid run-out-of-stock situation for items with unexpected high demand
• Follow up on backorders
• Follow up on reserved stock received
• To process IBT to and from other branches
• Conduct weekly random stock count & report to HQ
• Housekeeping at the store - make sure parts are in right place and back-order items can be reached easily
• Parts maintenance – ensure fragile parts such as glasses are placed at appropriate location. Parts with shelf life like tire and battery are issue in FIFO basis and batteries are recharge before expiry date. Identify damaged parts and perform damaged parts write off process promptly
• Push sales – Identify & recommend slow movers, long storage, expiring shelf-life item for HOAS to push sales on regular basis
• Regular system maintenance to ensure inventory, orders, receipting and invoicing are all updated
• To adhere to SOP issued
• Assist in monthly report filing
• Participate in annual stock count

Education / Professional Qualification

• SPM/STPM/ minimum of 2 years of experience.
