WHAT WILL YOU OWN?

Payroll Coordination & Reconciliation Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and vendors to gather data, close activities, and reconcile contributions and payments.

Provident Fund & Team Member Support

• Resolve PF and other statutory queries accurately and on time.
• Support PF processes, including contribution reconciliation, remittances, UAN activities, and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage the compliance mailbox and escalate complex or high-risk matters to senior team members.

Compliance Records & Reporting

• Maintain accurate compliance trackers, records, and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for periodic reviews.
• Review records to identify gaps and ensure proper record retention.

Audits, Inspections & Regulatory Support

• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries by providing the required records and data.
• Track audit findings and action items through to closure.
• Assist in preparing responses to regulatory notices.

Work on HRMS , ensuring accurate data management and supporting payroll-related processes.

HR Crisis Management Support identification and tracking of potential HR crisis scenarios at CB with relevant stakeholders. Help coordinate crisis management processes, communication, and documentation, and maintain crisis records and emergency contacts.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED?

Self-driven, takes initiative, and comfortable owning outcomes. Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field. 4-8 years' hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll, in a high-growth organization. Strong knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, F&F). Solid grasp of payroll reconciliation and GL/wages journals. Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivots, SUMIF/COUNTIF) and experience with HRMS/HRIS/payroll software. Immediate joiners preferred.
