Assistant Planning Manager

Role & responsibilities :

Position: Manager - Planning
Department: Planning / Project Management
Industry: Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
• Develop baseline programs, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Track project progress and identify schedule delays and risks.
• Coordinate with site, design, procurement, and contracts teams to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS.
• Monitor resource planning and productivity.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and milestone tracking.
• Conduct project review meetings and follow up on action items.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and company planning standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7 - 8 years of planning experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of construction methodology and project scheduling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-rise building projects.
• Knowledge of project monitoring, reporting, and delay analysis.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project schedules.

Experience

7 to 8 years in Real Estate / Construction Planning.

Location - Mumbai
