Assistant Planning Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress against approved timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Identify project delays, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop project schedules using MS Project.
• Assist in resource planning, manpower planning, and material requirement forecasting.
• Track project milestones, critical activities, and critical path.
• Prepare and update project progress dashboards and management reports.
• Support preparation of project baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Ensure effective coordination to achieve project deadlines and quality objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project planning, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
