Assistant Planning Manager (P6/MS Project)

The

Assistant/ Manager, Planning (Construction)

is responsible to plan, schedule and develop sub-programs for projects undertaken by the Company.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables timelines

Collaborate and communicate with operation team, stakeholders, clients and relevant parties to ensure smooth execution

Prepare, maintain and update project performance progress to senior management and stakeholders

Responsible to adjust plans and schedules accordingly to accommodate variations

Evaluate changes in project scope and assess their impact on time, cost, and resources.

Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations

The Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in construction industry

Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6

Meticulous, highly motivated and independent

Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
