Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Planning, Organizing, Directing and Running optimum production activities to exceed our customer expectations.
• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current standards and maintain the physical security our properties.
• Responsibility for production output, production quality and on time shipping
• Supervising various departments such as Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Quality control so that can work closely together and perform their duty to the fullest extent.
• Develop technology, knowledge and skills of human resources under supervision to be up-to-date, cost advantageous, and worthwhile investment to create competitiveness.
• Supervise work safety practices to prevent work accidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or up in Chemical Engineering or Related field.
• At least 5 years experienced working in Production Manager.
• Knowledge of new technologies to improve manufacturing processes
• Spare parts management knowledge
• Maintenance, both preventive and corrective, as well as planning and scheduling maintenance
• Strong leadership, communication skills
• Be able to work in Samutprakarn  area
