Senior Operations Manager

Great opportunity to lead all operations for a large, complex food & beverage manufacturing plant . This role is a key bench-strength position for future Plant Director opportunities within the company. The team is 300+ employees , with multiple departments reporting into this role.

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience overseeing a large department or multiple departments within a food & beverage manufacturing environment
• Strong people leadership and engagement skills, with experience coaching and developing managers and supervisors on the plant floor
• Proven track record of delivering results across safety, quality, productivity, and cost in a manufacturing operation
• Experience implementing Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement programs within a food manufacturing environment
