YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ASSISTANT PLUMBER

This is a full-time position where employees report to a central location before traveling to job sites, working Monday through Friday from either 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM, with on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities available.

As our Assistant Plumber, you'll start each day by meeting with your team before heading to residential and commercial job sites throughout Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersburg, Venice, and North Port. You'll support licensed plumbers by loading and organizing tools and materials, assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and helping ensure every project runs smoothly. Throughout the day, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn proven industry techniques, and contribute to delivering a professional service experience for every customer.

Here's what we need from you:

• Valid driver's license
• 6+ months of plumbing experience
• Ability to lift and carry plumbing equipment and materials

Experience assisting with plumbing repairs and installations, demonstrate a strong work ethic, enjoy learning new skills, work effectively with others, and provide excellent customer service are preferred.
