Position: Assistant Preschool Director As an Assistant School Director, you’ll be dedicated to the success of our next generation, committed to creating a safe, healthy environment and a culture where all children and team members can thrive.  Welcome to... The Beginning of Something Big!  Nurture a child’s first five years by: 

• Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
• Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety 
• Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
• Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence
• Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
• Two years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a licensed preschool or childcare facility
• Teaching experience in a licensed preschool is preferred but not required.
