Assistant President （General Manager Level）

Responsibilities

1. Product and Market Strategy. Develop and execute forward-looking, competitive product portfolio plans and market strategies based on industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor dynamics, and evolving consumer needs.
2. KA Development in Priority Regions . Support the President in leading KA acquisition and expansion in priority regions. Build stable relationships with Key Accounts, align resources, and advance strategic partnerships.
3. Project Management . Coordinate internal sales, R&D, and supply chain resources to plan and deliver major projects and deepen strategic customer partnerships.
4. Team Leadership and Talent Development . Lead team management, capability building, and succession pipeline development.

Qualifications

1. Consumer electronics industry experience, with a proven track record in overseas B2B product management, marketing, or operations at a leading company. Demonstrated success in highly competitive markets is essential.
2. Proven success in scaling an overseas business from initial growth to a substantially larger operation, or in leading complex, large-scale initiatives across organizational boundaries. Familiarity with European and U.S. markets is preferred.
3. Experience managing a business exceeding 5 billion RMB in scale and a team of more than 100 employees. End-to-end business management experience is preferred.
