Assistant Pricing Manager (Logistics/3PL)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a well-established global logistics and freight forwarding organization and we are seeking a commercially driven Assistant Pricing Manager (Tender Management Team) to join its Singapore team.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end tender and RFQ activities across Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Contract Logistics solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Key Account Management and senior stakeholders to develop competitive pricing strategies, drive profitability, and ensure successful tender execution while delivering commercially viable solutions to customers.

The Job:

• Manage end-to-end tender and RFQ submissions within timelines.
• Develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
• Partner with commercial and operational teams on customer opportunities.
• Conduct pricing analysis to support business growth and profitability.
• Review and evaluate pricing requests and commercial exceptions.
• Maintain pricing data and ensure accuracy of commercial information.
• Monitor market trends and recommend pricing improvements.
• Support implementation of awarded business opportunities.
• Drive process improvements across pricing and tender management activities.
• Resolve pricing-related issues and support ad-hoc commercial initiatives.

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in pricing, tender management, freight forwarding, shipping, NVOCC, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
