Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Assistant Teacher to support our Primary classroom. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting classroom activities.
• Support children's learning, development, and daily routines.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Assist with preparing teaching materials and learning resources.
• Monitor children's progress and report observations to the lead teacher.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Any graduate with Bachelors in Education (B.Ed) is mandatory
• 1 to 2 years of previous experience working with young children is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
