Assistant Principal

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Principal to support the daily management and development of our education centre.

You will work closely with the Principal to guide teachers, maintain teaching quality, support students and parents, and ensure smooth centre operations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Education, Teaching, Management or related field
• Experience in education, tuition, daycare or learning centre environment
• Leadership experience as a Senior Teacher, Head Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Centre Manager or similar role is preferred
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate with SJKC students
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, organised and able to solve problems independently
• Comfortable handling teachers, parents and students

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and support the teaching team
• Monitor teaching quality and student progress
• Manage daily centre operations and schedules
• Communicate with parents and handle student matters
• Support student retention and parent satisfaction
• Work closely with the Principal to improve centre performance

Remuneration & Benefits:
