Role- Manage day-to-day BPO operations and drive operational excellence.
Required Candidate profile
Eligibility Criteria-
Graduate, MBA preferred.
5–8 years of exp in BPO / Customer Service
Min 2 years of experience in a Process/ Ops Manager role.
Experience managing 80–150+ associates through TL
