Assistant Process Supervisor (Based at Palm Oil Mill)

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the palm oil industry.
• Possession of a Steam Boiler Certificate Grade 1 will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in a rural area at Metanik Palm Oil Mill, Belaga.
• Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and may be considered for the position of Trainee Process Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise operators within designated production processes to ensure tasks are carried out correctly and efficiently.
• Ensure all log sheets are accurately completed, maintained, and kept up to date.
• Maintain overall mill cleanliness and housekeeping to ensure a safe and optimal working environment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner.
• Facilitate effective communication and proper handover between shift supervisors during shift changes.
• Supervise and regulate production processes to maintain operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
• Monitor the performance of production processes and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
