Assistant Procurement Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 JOB PURPOSE Are you passionate about Ice cream collabrative manufacturing procurement? Then this role is tailored for you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing Asia Ice cream CM projects and suppliers, including: -Deeply involved in 5-6 IC CM management with around total 60 innovation projects annually, including exportation to SEA, EU, Turkey, US, ANZ. -IC raw material, package material, necessary manufacture processing deep dive. -Closely work with internal cross functional teams and CMs to ensure OTIF and maintain good relationships. -New CM development in different regions and countries.
• As a member of IC BU procurement team, support the development and lead the implementation of procurement strategy in a diverse and complex portfolio. Including:
• Deep understanding of material value chains and optimize delivered costs.
• Delivering of financial targets via excellent market understanding, strategy implementations and negotiation skills.
• Implement global negotiation results and drive quick alternative supplier development when needed to maximize value and increase resilience. Confidential EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor’s degree or above. -Fluent in English and Chinese. -Previous experience in FMCG / Food / Ice Cream, or at least 3 years experience in procurement / commercial function / consultancy, will be a plus. Ability to learn quickly a must. -Outstanding communication skills, ability to engage and influence others internally and externally, good negotiation skill will be a plus. -Result and solution oriented, be able to solve (unexpected) problems (at short notice). -Logical thinking and data sensitive, analytics knowledge will be a plus.
