Assistant Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the procurement team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage overall procurement activities, including sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order processing, delivery confirmation, and supplier network development.
• Oversee procurement of food and non-food items; and goods receiving.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.
• Maintain and improve departmental filing and documentation systems.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the catering or F&B industry.
• Solid knowledge of material systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
• Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and ability to organize and motivate a team.
• High integrity, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Candidates with sufficient experience and proven ability may be considered for the position of Procurement Manager.
