Assistant Procurement Manager (Electrical Engineer)

JOB SUMMARY

To establish a uniform standard for all SMDC deliverables (AMEPF, LANDSCAPE, EGD, and ID) across all projects (SMDC Heights, SMDC Nature, Symphony Homes, and Ecolots) for all contractors and suppliers from various trades.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conducts regular standardization meeting to discuss the guidelines for every trade requirement based on learnings, operational standard, and code-based compliance.

2. Attends regular project technical group meetings to give inputs on standardization requirements and ensure project compliance on Standardization Guidelines and Procurement Checklists.

3. To provide on time delivery of reviews with sign off on the plans and technical specification submitted by Architectural Designer and other allied Group (ID, Landscape, EGD) based on Standard guidelines before the Procurement and Bidding Stage

4. Conduct site inspection and punch-listing of the projects (common and residential areas) during Start Up stage of new projects.

5. To review, update and assess the guidelines their relevance to the current demand of the real estate industry.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

          1. Registered and Licensed Architect, Electrical Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer

          2. At least 3 to 5 years working experience in related field

          3. Knowledgeable in Philippine Code Based Requirements
