🚨 We’re Hiring | Assistant Procurement Manager – KSA

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage and develop local and international supplier relationships.

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for raw materials, packaging, finished products, equipment, and other requirements.

• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, MOQ, delivery schedules, and agreements.

• Drive cost-saving and cost-optimization initiatives.

• Monitor supplier performance, quality, pricing, and delivery.

• Oversee the complete procurement cycle from sourcing and negotiation through delivery and payment.

• Identify supply risks and develop alternative sourcing and contingency plans.

• Ensure uninterrupted availability of critical materials in coordination with Planning and Warehouse teams.

• Analyze market trends, supplier quotations, pricing, and purchasing opportunities.

• Act as a key escalation point for procurement and supplier-related issues.

• Resolve complex purchasing, quality, delivery, and supply problems.

• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, Quality, and other departments.

• Support procurement budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the Saudi supplier and procurement market.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable Saudi regulations.

• Contribute to improving procurement processes, supplier performance, lead times, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience.

• Strong experience in the Saudi Arabian market

• Previous experience in perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or a related industry

  is highly preferred.

• Strong experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.

• Proven ability to manage strategic sourcing and the full procurement cycle.

• Experience with both local and international suppliers.

• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of procurement systems / ERP and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
