The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and culturally aware Assistant Producer to join our digital team. In this role, you won’t just be an assistant—you will be heavily groomed and trained to master the art of making “sellable creatives.”

Your primary focus will be generating trendy, high-impact content customized for digital platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. If you are eager to learn how to merge creativity with hard-hitting sales strategies, this is the perfect launchpad for your career.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Mastery

2. Creative Ownership

Act as the sole in-charge for the creative execution of your assigned product. Your ultimate goal is to make sure the product “works” on screen and drives the audience to buy.

3. End-to-End Delivery (Pre-Production to Post-Production)

Take full ownership of the entire production pipeline:

Pre-Production: Brainstorm creative angles, assist in scriptwriting, plan the aesthetics (AIA), and organize all elements required for the shoot (props, talent, set design, etc.).

Production: Direct and oversee the shoot on set, ensuring the visual execution aligns perfectly with the “sellable” vision of the product.

Post-Production: Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to finalize the cut, text overlays, and audio. Ensure the final deliverables are optimized for various digital platforms before going live.

4. E-Commerce Integration

Take direct responsibility for the product page online. You will ensure that the video content, creatives, and product landing page are perfectly aligned to maximize conversions.
