Assistant Producer / Production assistant (Ref: DP/AP)

Job Duties

• Perform overall project/ production planning including co-ordination, organizing and budgeting
• Taking the initial client brief
• Developing the event creative (theme, content, look / feel etc)
• Liaising with internal departments and external contractors / vendors
• Overseeing the production schedule
• On site client management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years solid experience
• Possess excellent interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
• High initiative, detail-minded, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Excellent PC knowledge, Chinese Typing and PowerPoint is essential
• Strong sense in Music, knowledge in video editing and motion graphic will be an advantage
