• To plan, execute and monitor marketing program. 计划、执行、监测市场项目。

• To increase sales through providing product and clinical support to sales and distributor team, and marketing and education to market. 通过对销售、代理商团队及市场提供产品及临床支持来促进销售。 PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• To participate in establishing local strategic direction for assigned product line. 参与所负责产品线的市场策略制定。
• Responsible/Assistant MM for tactical and operational planning (with input from Sales/Dealer), organizing, executing and monitoring of marketing plans to achieve both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth. （针对销售和代理商的投入）在策略和计划实施方面负责/协助市场经理，组织、执行、监测市场计划来实现短期和长期的业务目标和生意增长。
• To provide technical leadership and serves as technical adviser on all matters concerned with designated products (to both Sales and external customers). （向销售和外部客户）对所负责产品的所有相关问题提供技术指导和作为技术顾问。
• Work in close partnership with sales/Dealer team in developing and implementing customer education and training strategies and leveraging our education and training programs to support market expansion. 在发展和实施客户教育、策略培训中与销售和代理商团队紧密合作，并利用我们的教育和培训项目支持扩大市场份额。
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client base. Ensure a close working relationship exists between Anesthesia and its key accounts and customers. 拓展并维护客户基础资源，确保与目前麻醉领域及主要客户保持紧密联系。
• To develop product marketing staff’s technical and business knowledge and to guide their sales and marketing activities. 培养产品市场营销人员的技能和业务知识并引导他们的销售和市场活动。

• Accept travel. 接受出差。 PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 资格要求 EDUCATION 教育程度
• Bachelor degree of medical or marketing/business management, Medical majors are preferred.

医疗、市场或工商管理类本科学历，医学专业优先考虑。 EXPERIENCE 工作经验

• Above 3 years marketing experience in similar medical industry. 3年以上相关医疗行业市场工作经验。
• Passion & responsible for work 有责任心及工作热情
• Open mind & willing to learn 思维开阔并愿意学习
• Independent working capability 能够适应独立工作
• Can work under pressure 能够适应压力

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求

• Good presentation and communication skill across functional departments and AP marketing. 面对各部门和亚太市场部，有良好的表达和沟通能力。
• Proficiency in writing, reading, listening and speaking English. 有熟练的英文听说读写能力。
