Assistant Product Merchandiser

About the Role

Love turning artwork into real, tangible products? We're looking for a Product Artist / Assistant Product Merchandiser to join our product development team. You'll take artwork provided by our principal, adapt it for our products, and see it through every stage: from concept and sampling to revisions, approvals, and final production.

You'll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to make sure every product meets specifications and goes out on time. It's a great fit for a creative person who is also detail-oriented and organized.

What You'll Do

Artwork & Design

• Prepare and adapt principal-provided artwork for company products
• Assist in developing product concepts, designs, graphics, prints, and artwork
• Prepare technical artwork, color combinations, specifications, and visual references for sampling and production
• Create product line sheets and LRCW (Logo Request Colorway) materials

Product Development & Sampling

• Review artwork, designs, colorways, layouts, and specifications from the principal
• Check samples against the approved tech pack for artwork, colors, materials, dimensions, and other details
• Make artwork and product revisions based on sample evaluations and principal comments
• Monitor product development progress and timelines

Coordination & Records

• Coordinate with suppliers on artwork, samples, specifications, revisions, and approvals
• Follow up with suppliers and internal departments to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain organized artwork, product development, sample, and approval records
• Track incoming and outgoing samples in the sample archive
• Support the Product Supervisor with daily coordination and follow-ups
• Perform other product development-related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Product Design, Merchandising or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of color, composition, illustration, and design principles
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Creative, flexible, and eager to learn

Advantage if you have:

• Basic knowledge of product development, printing, or manufacturing and production processes
