As an Assistant Product Sourcing Manager, you will support in managing the directing of the procurement, supplier coordination, and lifecycle tracking for all non-food categories. This role focuses on maintaining day-to-day vendor relationships, managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, analyzing cost structures, and tracking production timelines to ensure operational readiness.

Core Responsibilities

• Regularly review performance indicators, and support data for weekly sales report.
• Prepare product data to upload in SAP system and upload promotion item to POS system.
• Keep up to date with market trends and react to changes in demand and logistics.
• Meet suppliers and negotiate terms of contract.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and source new suppliers for future products.
• Understand the basic rules of vendor management, allocation, and price negotiation.
• Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed.
• Participate in promotional activities.
• Develop in-house brand products to create customer awareness within timeline.
• Obtain feedback from store and customers.
• Monitor manufacturing production schedules and shipping timelines to guarantee corporate expansions.
• Perform other assigned tasks that align with the work and help improve the overall performance of the department.

Profile & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing coordination, preferably focused on non-food materials (e.g., packaging, consumer goods, equipment, or manufacturing components).
• Highly proficiency in data sorting, expenditure modeling, and tracking matrices using MS Excel.
• Good understanding of commercial contract terms, MOQs, and basic international logistics/incoterms.
• Skilled in utilizing tools like Canva to design visual supplier comparison charts, production timelines, and category cost summaries.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and organizational multitasking capabilities.
